Returns & Exchanges

At Premiata, we strive for perfection in every pair; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Premiata box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton, ensuring the pre-printed return label is clearly visible on the exterior.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Contact our designated courier to arrange a complimentary collection at your convenience, or drop off your package at an authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
